Vault & Bars Coach - Competitive Gymnastics - $25-$45/hr

Elite Gymnastics Academy in Savage/Burnsville, MN seeks a passionate and experienced Vault & Bars Coach for our Developmental Program. We're looking for someone dedicated to developing young gymnasts' skills and fostering a positive, safe, and motivating training environment.
  • $25-$45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
  • This position is available as a Part-time OR Full-time (32 hours/week) capacity.
  • Focus on coaching vault and bars, developing proper technique, and skill progression within USA Gymnastics Women's Developmental Program.
  • Create and implement effective lesson plans and training programs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with athletes and their parents.
  • USA Gymnastics certification required.
  • Previous gymnastics coaching experience is required.
