About the Role:

The Barback plays a crucial support role within the bar team, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to provide excellent service efficiently. This position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies, and assisting with the preparation of beverages. The Barback helps create a seamless customer experience by anticipating the needs of bartenders and patrons alike, allowing bartenders to focus on mixing and serving drinks. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail to manage inventory and maintain a safe, clean environment. Ultimately, the Barback contributes significantly to the overall success and smooth operation of the bar.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old in accordance with local laws.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality or bar environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy boxes and moving kegs.
