Your OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Lead Bartender who is passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
This is more than tending bar. You'll help establish Grayson's bar culture, deliver exceptional service, educate guests, mentor team members, and contribute to an elevated beverage program that complements our estate-driven cuisine.
What You'll Do
  •  Prepare handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail. 
  •  Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest. 
  •  Create an engaging and welcoming bar experience. 
  •  Recommend wines, cocktails, and pairings with confidence. 
  •  Maintain expert knowledge of our beverage menus and seasonal offerings. 
  •  Work closely with the culinary team to support the guest dining experience. 
  •  Ensure compliance with all ABC laws and responsible alcohol service. 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
