Job Description: The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the bar program at Mi-Vida. The role also involves supervising bar staff, developing the drink menu, and promoting the bar program through creative marketing and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize the bar program, including creating seasonal menus and selecting drink offerings.
  • Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring staff are trained on product knowledge, customer service, and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure all alcohol-related laws and regulations are adhered to.
