Banquets Server at Boutique Hotel
Join our dynamic team at our boutique hotel as a Banquets Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during special events and functions. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences, and your professionalism and attention to detail will help ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and serviceware
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness during and after events
- Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Any and all tasks assigned by leadership.
