Banquets Server at Boutique Hotel
Join our dynamic team at our boutique hotel as a Banquets Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during special events and functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and serviceware
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness during and after events
- Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Any and all tasks assigned by leadership.
