Purpose

Review and preparation of analysis of Chapter 13 Plan

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

  • Work with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to our clients
  • Communication and follow up with client re: necessary information
  • Review and updating of client systems
  • Provide support to attorneys

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required
  • Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required
  • Must have the ability to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel and Debtors Attorneys
  • Must have ability to interpret client systems.
  • Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
  • Must be organized and multi-task oriented
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
