Job Summary:
Angel Ventures Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor amp; Team Lead to oversee loan processing operations and provide leadership to a team of loan processors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mortgage loan processing, a strong background in compliance and regulatory standards, and supervisory experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership amp; Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of mortgage and student loan processors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated loan issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Oversee daily workflow, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to maintain efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and streamline operations.
  • Ensure all loan processing staff adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
Mortgage Loan Processing
  • Review and verify mortgage loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
