Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Hybrid with remote flexibility)


Base Salary: Up to $185k (plus performance incentives)


Practice: Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights – Chapter 11 reorganizations, bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ rights, and complex commercial insolvency matters.

  • Represent debtors, creditors, and other parties in Chapter 11 reorganizations and bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Handle bankruptcy litigation, motions, and adversary proceedings.
  • Advise clients on creditors’ rights, workouts, and insolvency strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, plans of reorganization, and related documents.


Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

  • JD and active MA bar.
  • 3–7+ years of bankruptcy or complex commercial litigation experience.
