Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Settlement/Banking Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our team and assist in all phases of the real estate process. You will perform legal research, prep documents, and communicate with parties. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. 

Responsibilities 
  • Prepare closing documents, including CD's, HUDs, Settlement Statements
  • Ensure that all documents are well organized 
  • Conduct review of title reports and balancing of closing figures
  • Communicate with clients, brokers and attorneys
  • Maintain and update documentation 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or similar role is preferred
  • Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and real estate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Excellent research skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
