Job Overview:
The IT Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT programs and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver desired outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT programs and projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes.

Pay Range: $80-$88/hr. on a W2 basis.
