NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned, growth-oriented Client Executive to act as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner for a key Banking and Financial Services client.  This role is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through innovative IT and digital transformation solutions, while leading large, complex engagements. The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven track record in account growth, P&L ownership, and C-suite relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, delivering impactful IT and digital transformation solutions to banking clients
  • Drive account growth strategies, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and profitability targets
  • Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, including forecasting, account planning, and end-to-end P&L ownership
  • Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships, anticipating evolving business and technology needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams (consultants, solution architects, delivery leaders) to design and execute value-driven solutions
  • Leverage banking industry expertise to guide discussions around:
    • Digital transformation
    • Payments modernization
    • Operational efficiency
    • Customer experience innovation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solution strategies
  • Apply best practices in delivery governance, including SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and performance management

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT services or consulting (infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity)
  • 8+ years of account leadership experience managing complex engagements and financial performance
  • 5+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders with strong consultative selling skills
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, including:
    • Data modernization
    • Cloud migration
    • Systems integration
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and P&L management
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% based on client and business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Prior experience in a consulting or advisory practice
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs within financial services

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $175,500 – 292,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
