What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Counsel banks, lenders, secured parties, and other creditors on lending relationships, distressed situations, enforcement options, and insolvency proceedings.
  • Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate credit documents, collateral instruments, workout arrangements, and related commercial agreements.
  • Advocate for clients in bankruptcy cases, state and federal litigation, negotiations, hearings, and other dispute-resolution settings.
  • Analyze statutes, procedural rules, and emerging legal developments, then provide clear recommendations aligned with each clientโ€™s objectives.

What You Bring
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and authorization to practice in Indiana.
  • At least four years of relevant legal experience involving commercial finance, lending, insolvency, bankruptcy, or creditor-side representation.
  • Working command of the legal and procedural frameworks governing U.S. financial transactions and bankruptcy matters.
  • Strong judgment, research, drafting, negotiation, and client-service capabilities.
  • Capacity to manage matters independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative practice group.
