2. Review, analyze, and interpret banking laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of banking and finance agreements and contracts.
4. Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews and risk assessments.
5. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in banking and finance law and bring innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Banking & Finance Attorney.
4. Proven experience in conducting thorough legal due diligence.
5. Strong knowledge of banking and finance law, regulations, and industry practices.
6. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
7. High level of professionalism and integrity.
