The role offers exposure to a broad mix of sponsor-backed and lender-side representations involving:

  • direct lending,
  • acquisition financings,
  • private credit structures,
  • syndicated facilities,
  • refinancings,
  • cross-border financings, and
  • upper-middle market sponsor transactions.
