  • Providing on-site training support as needed, including occasional travel and overnight stays.
  • Participating in team meetings, ongoing development activities, and training initiatives to build facilitation and instructional skills.

Additional Responsibilities for a Senior Training Specialist Would Include:

  • Supporting the implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives by contributing to training strategy, curriculum design, and delivery.
  • Participating in and contributing to cross-functional projects, providing training expertise, facilitation support, and change enablement.
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Manager and training leadership to support departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
