Location: Fishers, IN or Anderson, IN| Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Department: Market Technology

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary Range: $116,413.44 - $162,273.41 per year 

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Serve as a primary technology advisor and consultative partner to ministry leadership, aligning innovative IT roadmaps with Ascension's overarching organizational goals.
  • Spearheads end-to-end healthcare IT demand management-from idea request intake and solution conceptualization through governance, prioritization, and project initiation -ensuring alignment with IT standards, clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and optimized delivery capability to maximize patient, operational, and business value.
  • Orchestrate the seamless delivery of technology solutions and portfolios, maintainingexecutive-level transparency while overseeing high standards of customer satisfaction and performance.
  • Drive organizational transformation by leading teams through complex changes and facilitating rapid, cross-functional resolutions during critical technical events or system crises. 
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
