We are currently seeking an Campus Coordinator to join our team at our Victorville Campus. In this position will be responsible for managing on-campus responsibilities included but not limited to; monitoring UGA loan payments, taking student cash payments, bank deposits, daily batching, NHA scheduling, tracking and proctoring; CPT state licensing, answering phones, ordering supplies, books and scrubs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complies with all Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring UGA loan payments to ensure students are current with their payments.
  • Work with collection team to clear alert notices for past due amounts.
  • Prevent students from moving forward with program until account is current.
  • Audit Admissions files for loan accuracy.
  • Assist Admissions Representatives with completion of student files, gathering and uploading documents to campus CRM.
  • Cross trained in Admissions to handle transfer calls from call center.
  • Give campus tours to prospective students when needed.
  • Take cash payments from students and adjust UGA loans accordingly.
  • Daily payment batching and bank deposits
  • Directly responsible for the ordering and inventory fulfillment of all campus book, uniform and supply orders.
  • Ordering marketing material for campus
  • Act as front desk person, answering incoming calls and handling walk-ins.
  • Monitor and track NHA by ensuring that each student meets the following criteria BEFORE the test can be taken:
    • Utilized the maximum study materials and practice tests on the NHA website
    • Academic file is complete
    • Has 50 draws completed (or very close to it)
    • Is current on their UGA payment
    • Completed externship
  • Proctor NHA exams every Friday and one Saturday of the month.
  • Enter NHA results into Transcript.
  • Upload NHA certificates to Transcripts for each student.
  • Place copies of NHA certs in binder campus binder.
  • Track fails and no-shows, ensuring each student that completes extern takes and passes the NHA test.
  • Upload all academic, externship and NHA documents to Transcripts and request completion certificate.
  • Monitor and track CPT licensing by ensuring that each student meets the following criteria BEFORE the licensing is requested/submitted to the state:
    • Completed externship
    • Academic file complete
    • Completion certificate signed by CPT director
    • Student is current on their UGA payment
  • Monitor and respond to state issued licensing deficiencies and update licensing results in Transcripts.
  • Order state CPT license for each eligible student within one to two weeks of completion.
