We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Baking Manager to join our team and help lead our kitchen with creativity, organization, and love for baking.

Position Overview:
The Baking Manager will oversee daily baking operations, manage and mentor a small team, maintain high standards of product quality and consistency, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with professional baking experience and a knack for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts from scratch

  • Develop and test new seasonal or specialty menu items

  • Oversee and train kitchen staff; create prep schedules and ensure team efficiency

  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations

  • Collaborate with café management on production planning and customer feedback

Qualifications:
