Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Bakery Team Members to support our production operations, with openings on both our evening and overnight shifts. This role is responsible for executing production during evening and overnight hours to ensure orders are ready for daily distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment and takes pride in consistency, organization, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
  • Execute evening or overnight production of wholesale baked goods according to daily and weekly schedules.
  • Prepare ingredients, assemble products, and bake items following standardized recipes and procedures.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Back of House Manager and your shift team.
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and other production tools.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the baking process and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life management of all products.
  • Work with urgency and accuracy to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned based on production and business needs.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of baking or pastry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Understanding of proper pastry methods, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Food Handler's Card required.
  • A strong interest in high-quality baked goods and the food industry.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50-75 lbs occasionally.
