EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
