Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Lead the vision, planning, and execution of resort programming, retreats, signature events, guest experts, and immersive wellness experiences.
  • Develop seasonal and annual experience strategies that enhance guest engagement, drive repeat visitation, and differentiate Canyon Ranch within the luxury wellness market.
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Spa, Fitness, Health & Performance, Guest Services, Sales, Marketing, and Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guest experts, wellness professionals, chefs, artists, luxury brands, and community partners to continually elevate programming.
  • Oversee on-property guest communications, promotional materials, digital signage, and experience storytelling to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback, participation, revenue, and performance metrics to continuously improve programming and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources while identifying opportunities to increase guest satisfaction and ancillary revenue.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration and innovation across the resort.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • 7+ years of Progressive leadership experience in hospitality, guest experience, or event management.
  • Must reside in the Texas area and possess strong knowledge of the local market, businesses, and community.
  • Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success creating and leading guest experiences, retreats, events, programming, or activations that drive guest engagement and business results.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute complex initiatives and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and strategic partnerships.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on resort programming and business needs.
