Department: Activities / Jungle Kids Club

Position Overview

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking an Activities & Whitewater Attendant to support Kids' Club programming, resort activities, and Whitewater Putting Course operations. This role is responsible for creating engaging experiences for children, families, resort guests, and Club members while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.

Flexible scheduling is required and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist with Kids' Club activities, crafts, games, and recreational programs.
  • Supervise children in a safe, positive, and structured environment.
  • Support daily operations of the Whitewater Putting Course and other resort activities.
  • Assist with meal service and snack distribution during Kids' Club events and scheduled programs.
  • Provide information about resort activities, schedules, locations, and amenities.
  • Coordinate recreation equipment checkout and return procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids' Club, Whitewater Putting Hut, activity storage areas, and event spaces.
  • Set up and break down activities, events, and programming as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Follow all safety, operational, and guest service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years old.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, families, guests, and team members.
