The SEO Specialist is responsible for driving and improving our search visibility. This role partners closely with content and paid media teams to identify technical issues, optimize content, enhance site crawlability, and stay ahead of evolving SEO trends, including LLM (Large Language Model) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).


Position Highlights

  • Lead backlink outreach and build authoritative links.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics like impressions, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, and page speed.
  • Use tools such as SEMrush (or equivalent), GA4, GSC, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with content teams on keyword research and on-page strategy.
  • Work with web admin to enhance site performance, structure, and crawlability.
  • Stay ahead of trends in search engine behavior, AI-driven search, and SEO best practices.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (technical + content)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Schema markup, and Shopify SEO best practices
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce SEO
  • A sharp mix of strategic thinking and executional follow-through
  • Understanding of LLMs and GEO search
