These roles typically include processing transactions, maintaining records, managing compliance, reconciling accounts, and supporting the front office in ensuring smooth financial operations. Back office staff help ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficiency, allowing the front office to focus on client-facing activities. Although not client-facing, these positions are crucial for the financial health and regulatory standing of the company.
