We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient EDI & B2B Integration Specialist to manage, support, and optimize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes across our global supply chain. This role ensures seamless integration between customers, suppliers, and internal systems leveraging IBM VAN, Python-based integration, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in EDI transaction management, troubleshooting, and trading partner onboarding, along with a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Position Summary

This role ensures seamless integration between customers, suppliers, and internal systemsleveragingIBM VAN, Python-based integration, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in EDI transaction management, troubleshooting, and trading partner onboarding, along with a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

EDI Operations & Support

  • Monitor and manage daily EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810)

  • Ensuretimelyprocessing and data accuracy

  • Resolve transaction failures and discrepancies

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Trading Partner Onboarding & Testing

  • Leadonboarding ofnew EDI partners

  • Coordinate testing and ensure compliance

Integration & Technical Support

  • Supportconnectivity toIBM VANand monitoring, Python mapping layer, and SAP S/4HANA integrations

  • Diagnoseandresolvemapping and connectivity issues

  • Partner and collaborate with SAP BTP integration teams

Python-Based Mapping & Automation

  • Maintain Python scripts for transformation and validation

  • Develop automation to improve efficiency

SAP Integration Support

  • Monitor and resolve IDoc/API errors

  • Support O2C, P2P, andlogisticsprocesses

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Improve performance, reliability, and scalability

  • Enhance monitoring and reporting

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain EDI documentation and architecture

  • Ensure compliance with governance standards

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2-4 years of EDIimplementation experience with customers and suppliers

  • Experience withof ANSI X12 / EDIFACTstandards across multiple versions

  • ExperienceaccessingIBM VANfor transaction monitoringandprovidingSAP EDI support

Preferred:

  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience

  • Python scripting skills

  • SAP BTP familiarity

  • REST APIs and integration frameworks knowledge
