Role: AWS Connect Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC
Experience: 10+

 

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Engineer with strong expertise in Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and AWS Connect Outbound Communications. The ideal candidate will design, develop, automate, and support scalable contact center solutions using AWS cloud services, with a focus on outbound communication workflows, campaign management, telephony integrations, and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain AWS Connect contact center solutions.
Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
Implement and support AWS Connect Outbound Campaigns and outbound communication workflows.
Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and user management in AWS Connect.
Integrate AWS Connect with AWS services such as:
  • Lambda
  • DynamoDB
  • S3
  • SNS
  • SES
  • Event Bridge
  • Amazon Pinpoint
  • Automate infrastructure deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop reusable Terraform modules and maintain IaC standards.
  • Configure voice, SMS, and email communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot AWS Connect platform, telephony, and integration issues.
  • Implement security, monitoring, logging, and compliance best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects for requirements gathering and solution design.
