Position summary
Sikich is seeking a a AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer/Administrator to join our Team. In this client-facing role as a AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer/Administrator , the ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with our customers to configure and develop state of the art systems and solutions on Salesforce.  

What will you do in this role?
  • Configure, administer, and maintain AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
  • Develop and support workflows, integrations, and system enhancements to improve service desk operations.
  • Implement AWS Connect connectors, dynamic workflows, and third-party integrations.
  • Support ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) integrations and related processes.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize ITSM solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to security and operational best practices.
 
What do you need to succeed in this role?
  • Minimum 4 years of full-time experience developing, administering, configuring, implementing, supporting, managing, and maintaining AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice within enterprise IT organizations supporting at least 5,000 end users.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and updating AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice ITSM applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Current AWS Solutions Architect – Professional Certification and current Salesforce Technical Architect Certification may be substituted for this experience.
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience using AWS Connect integrators and connectors, no-code UI Builder, dynamic workflows, workflow integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and other third-party tools.
  • Current AWS Solutions Architect – Professional Certification may be substituted for this experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and updating a ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) bridge from an AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution.
  • Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) Certification may be substituted for this experience.
  • Current AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate Certification required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
  • Proven ability to lead a cross functional team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel as needed
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $160,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
