Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder (D1.1 Certified – 3G & 4G) to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are met. Responsibilities
  • Performfull-penetration (full-pen) welds in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards
  • Assist withbolt-up beam installation and alignment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and structural plans
  • Ensure all welds meet required structural integrity and safety standards
  • Work at heights usingscissor lifts (up to ~18 feet)
  • Perform mezzanine welding and installation work (~9 feet off the ground)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
  • Current D1.1 certification with proficiency in 3G and 4G welding positions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural welding.
