Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder (D1.1 Certified – 3G & 4G) to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. If you have a passion for welding and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are met. Responsibilities- Performfull-penetration (full-pen) welds in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards
- Assist withbolt-up beam installation and alignment
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and structural plans
- Ensure all welds meet required structural integrity and safety standards
- Work at heights usingscissor lifts (up to ~18 feet)
- Perform mezzanine welding and installation work (~9 feet off the ground)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
- Current D1.1 certification with proficiency in 3G and 4G welding positions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural welding.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
