Our customer is a leading provider of contract air crews, committed to delivering exceptional staffing solutions for the aviation industry. Dedicated to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the team and drive the company to new heights.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aviation industry, with a REQUIREMENT for those who have held a commercial pilot rating. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in B2B sales, P&L analysis, and the hands-on management of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction with an emphasis for all operational aspects of the company.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee B2B sales efforts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
