National Star Services, a facility management company with over 28 years of nationwide experience, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Attendant to join our team at a residential property in Northbrook, IL 60062.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a professional residential environment.

As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be an important part of the resident experience and will serve as one of the first points of contact for residents, guests, and visitors.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome and greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with receiving and handling packages
  • Perform some light to moderate lifting when handling packages
  • Communicate and coordinate with security, maintenance, and property management teams
  • Complete basic shift reports and document incidents when necessary
  • Use company apps for scheduling, communication, and basic reporting
  • Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front-desk environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance to residents and guests

Available Schedules:
Full Time Monday - Friday

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Part Time Saturday & Sunday Only

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM


Pay:

  • $17.00/Hour - Biweekly Pay
What We're Looking For:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile apps.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly, dependable, and customer-service-oriented personality.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check and drug test.
  • Must be available to start working as soon as possible.
