Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.
Available Hours
  • Various weekday and weekend shifts

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills
  • Previous customer service, sale or related experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fun, friendly and flexible individual
  • Willing to work as a team player

Responsibilities
  • Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention
  • Promotes memberships and programs
  • Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA
  • Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.

Rate of Pay
$11.65/hour (Commensurate with experience)
*** Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
