Bell Point Auto Sales is a growing startup dealership in Cadiz, KY, focused on providing quality vehicles and a straightforward, customer-first buying experience. As a new business, we’re building something from the ground up and looking for team members who want to grow with us.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Part-Time Sales & Inventory Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines customer sales with behind-the-scenes work, including helping source vehicles and preparing them for sale.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to be involved in multiple aspects of a growing dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers on the lot
  • Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing vehicles (auctions, trade-ins, etc.)
  • Help prepare vehicles for sale (cleaning, basic inspections, coordinating repairs)
  • Maintain vehicle listings and lot organization
  • Assist with basic sales paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales and operations
Qualifications
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a startup environment
  • Willingness to learn vehicle sourcing and dealership operations
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Valid driver’s license required
