ABOUT SHINE

Shine is a premium exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Raleigh. Our commercial pressure washing division services restaurants, retail centers, grocery chains, and multi-location operators almost all of which require off-hours scheduling.

THE ROLE

Night Pressure Wash Technicians execute commercial pressure washing jobs after hours parking lots, drive-throughs, storefronts, loading docks, and building exteriors. This is a specialized, in-demand role with consistent recurring work. If you are reliable and comfortable working nights, there is no shortage of hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform commercial pressure washing and surface cleaning at night on recurring accounts
  • Operate gas and electric pressure washers, surface cleaners, and related equipment
  • Service parking lots, drive-throughs, building exteriors, storefronts, and loading areas
  • Handle chemical application (degreasers, rust treatments, algae removers) safely
  • Complete post-job documentation in Housecall Pro before leaving each site
  • Load and unload equipment; maintain truck/trailer and equipment condition
  • Coordinate arrival/departure with site managers or on-call contacts as needed
  • Execute jobs to Shine's commercial service standard with minimal supervision


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
  • Comfort working independently and overnight on commercial sites
  • Physical capability: lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors, extended time on feet
  • High reliability commercial clients depend on consistent, on-time service
  • Prior pressure washing or commercial cleaning experience preferred
