Role Description This full-time, on-site Roadside Service Technician role is based in Galveston, TX. The technician responds to roadside service calls, performing tasks such as basic diagnostics, minor mechanical repairs, tire changes, jump-starts, fluid delivery, and lockout assistance. Responsibilities include assessing vehicle issues, safely operating tools and equipment, and following company procedures to ensure efficient and secure service. The technician interacts directly with customers, explaining findings, offering clear guidance, and maintaining a professional, calm demeanor in stressful situations.
