Job description

Our client is seeking a dependable Paint and Finishing Technician to prepare and coat precision aerospace components in accordance with production, quality, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, sand, mask, and prepare component surfaces
  • Apply primers, coatings, and paint finishes according to specifications
  • Mix paints and coatings to required ratios
  • Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment
  • Inspect finished components for coverage, consistency, and quality
  • Handle and move components safely through the finishing process
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Use required personal protective equipment
  • Coordinate with production, assembly, and quality teams

Requirements
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform repetitive work accurately
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to wear a respirator and protective clothing when required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace painting experience

Compensation
$17.00-$22.00 per hour.
