PAINT FOREMAN WANTED - RESIDENTIAL PAINTING COMPANY

Compensation:

What Were Looking For:
We are looking for a Working Paint Foreman (Supervisor) who:

  • IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE minimum 5 years of residential painting experience and at least 2 years of manager/foreman experience.
  • A hardworking, reliable individual who doesnt stop until the job is done right.
  • A professional motivated to go above and beyond to deliver excellence.
  • Proficiency in spraying techniques.
  • Someone who is willing to perform heavy prep, paint, train the crew, and teach our proven painting methods to maintain our high standards on every project.
  • Strong exterior and interior and residential painting background, preferably with experience in stucco housing.
  • Takes pride in delivering top-tier, detailed work. Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all painting tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with the crew to ensure efficient project completion. Manage timelines and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Can create and follow detailed checklists and procure necessary materials, etc.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and address their needs professionally.
  • Is ready to step onto the job site, learn our proven system, and lead projects to success.
  • Aspires to grow and advance to higher leadership roles within our team.
  • Valid AZ drivers license and clean DMV record, and ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • Availability for some extended hours to tackle big projects and step into a leadership role.
  • Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week and some Saturdays as required.
  • Please provide 3 work-related painting references at the interview.
