Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Painter to perform interior and exterior painting and finishing work across dealership buildings and related facilities. This role is responsible for surface preparation, application of paint and protective coatings, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance throughout our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, patching, and priming as needed

  • Apply paint, stains, varnishes, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

  • Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings

  • Mix and match paint colors to meet project requirements

  • Repair minor surface imperfections such as cracks, holes, or damaged drywall

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition

  • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment

  • Complete projects efficiently while meeting quality and appearance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a painter on commercial or building projects

  • Experience with both interior and exterior painting preferred

  • Knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques

  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Physical ability to work on lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and in various weather conditions
