ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The Maintenance Painter is responsible for property and facility general painting and paint repairs, unit make-readies to ensure quality standards and appealing grounds keeping. Hands-on position  painting while ensuring all safety requirements are consistently met with quality standards delivered.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL... 

  • Performs routine painting tasks on community grounds and parking areas 
  • Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
  • Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
  • Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Must possess a working knowledge of residential building painting 
  • Perform maintenance painting of wall, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors repairs, including texture painting, refinishing, etc.

  • Must function under general supervision. Must be flexible and have integrity. Must possess the ability of effectively work with residents and staff.
