Part Time Business Assistant Needed | Automotive & Startup Industry

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail oriented part time business assistant to help support multiple growing brands and projects including Meisterwerk Racing, Meisterwerk Fab, EZ OFF, and several upcoming startups.

This role will involve a wide variety of tasks and is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to grow alongside fast moving businesses.

Responsibilities may include:
• Managing and organizing emails and communications
• Assisting with customer support and follow ups
• Brainstorming ideas for products, marketing, and business growth
• Helping manage Shopify stores and online operations
• Assisting with social media content and scheduling
• Creating and managing Facebook/Meta advertisements
• Working with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Researching products, competitors, and trends
• Assisting with general administrative and organizational tasks
• Helping coordinate projects across multiple businesses

Requirements:
• College degree required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Outlook/email management
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and modern AI tools
• Experience with Shopify, social media platforms, and Meta/Facebook ads
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows
• Self motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working independently

Bonus Qualifications:
• Graphic design experience
• Automotive knowledge or enthusiasm
• Passion for Porsche or the automotive industry
• Experience with branding, marketing, or content creation

This is a part time position, with hours and compensation to be discussed based on experience and availability.
