About the role

Support building care, resident suites, and common areas to keep the community safe, clean, and comfortable.

Assist with preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and safety programs with great customer service.

What you’ll do

· Complete work orders and routine repairs; assist with painting

· Help with safety checks, drills, and documentation

· Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment logs

· Support housekeeping tasks and grounds care as needed

· Communicate clearly with residents and team on progress
