We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Manager who understands that success starts long before a customer walks through the door. The ideal candidate has a strong BDC mindset, embraces process, believes in consistent lead management, and enjoys coaching a team to maximize every opportunity.
This role is perfect for a leader who is passionate about developing people, creating accountability, and building a culture focused on customer experience, follow-up, and results.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership goals
  • Drive a strong lead management culture by ensuring all internet, phone, and showroom opportunities are worked consistently and effectively
  • Monitor CRM activity, follow-up processes, appointment-setting performance, and customer engagement
  • Partner closely with the BDC to maximize appointment show rates, customer experience, and sales conversions
  • Train and coach sales consultants on phone skills, lead handling, appointment setting, objection management, and customer follow-up
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to help team members grow
  • Review key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve results
  • Assist with deal structure, negotiations, and customer satisfaction efforts
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent
