  • Accurately complete sales reports, customer information, and other required documentation
  • Conduct sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in product, sales, and industry training to continually expand product knowledge and sales skills
  • Represent Refinish Supply Company in a professional, knowledgeable, and positive manner
  • Assist with store operations and other team members as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of automotive, automotive refinishing, collision repair, or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket, paint, refinishing, or collision repair industry
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while managing a sales territory
  • Strong customer service and consultative selling skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
