As a Settlement Clerk, your key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently printing, signing, and elucidating Retail Installment Contracts along with aftermarket warranties and products.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and understanding company policies and procedures to ensure departmental compliance.
  • Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with teammates to achieve shared objectives.
  • Responding promptly and appropriately to all corporate emails.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, to update and maintain daily logs.
  • Applying a practical understanding to execute instructions and manage tasks. Addressing problems with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Keeping up a professional demeanor and maintaining an organized work environment.
