We are looking for a Building Automation Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Dallas market by developing strong client relationships and delivering tailored controls solutions for new and existing customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and end users
  • Identify project opportunities and provide technical sales support for building automation and controls systems
  • Assist with system design, product selection, and control strategies for HVAC and energy management applications
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and submittals aligned with project specifications and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, programming, and service teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Support project turnover, including coordination with field teams and customer expectations
  • Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • 3+ years of experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or technical sales within the commercial building space

  • Experience working with engineers, contractors, or facility teams in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
