Job Description Branch Manager - EMCS Division - Low Voltage Jacksonville, FL $95,000 - $130,000 annually (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow an EMCS (Energy Management Control Systems) Division within the Jacksonville market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, driving revenue, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing teams in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) space. Key Responsibilities Market Leadership & Strategy Lead branch operations and serve as the primary decision-maker for the local EMCS market Drive business growth through strategic planning, client relationships, and operational execution Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results Project Execution & Financial Management Oversee all EMCS project procurement, execution, and delivery Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reporting Negotiate contracts, scope, and pricing to ensure profitability Prepare and submit accurate monthly billing projections Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, and develop top talent within the division Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth Maintain accountability across teams to ensure productivity and results Field Oversight & Quality Control Perform job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met Enforce company policies, procedures, and industry best practices Qualifications 12+ years of experience in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry 8+ years of hands-on experience with electrical installation of HVAC control systems Strong background in estimating, sales, project management, and operations Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting Demonstrated leadership experience hiring and developing teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record What's Offered Competitive base salary ($95K-$130K DOE) Healthcare benefits 401(k) plan Paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to lead and grow a major market with full ownership and impact.
