  • Debug and testย systems prior to shipmentย 

  • Supportย system start-up and commissioningย at customer sites (approximately 30% travel, domestic & international)ย 

Customer Support:ย 

  • Provideย on-site field service and customer trainingย 

  • Offerย remote and in-house technical supportย 

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repairย automation systemsย 

  • Maintain and update technical documentationย 

  • Participate inย after-hours customer support rotationย
