Position: QA Automation Tester
Duration:ย Contract to Hire (6 Months RTH)
Location:ย Westerville, OH (5 Days Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on QA Automation Tester to join the Branch Operations team, supporting the Automation and Performance Testing groups. This role requires a strong automation engineer with recent hands-on experience in test automation, UI testing, and quality assurance within enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for enterprise applications.
  • Perform functional and UI testing for business-critical applications.
  • Work on Teller Express, a .NET-based application.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure software quality.
  • Validate integrations involving mainframe systems and standalone databases.
  • Support testing efforts in an on-premise cloud environment.
  • Contribute to modern testing practices using an agentic testing approach.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Must Have

  • 7+ years of QA Testing experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Functional Testingย and Automation Testing.
  • Extensive experience with Selenium Automation.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to Playwright.
  • Experience testing .NET applications.
  • Strong UI Testingย experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and defect analysis skills.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Performance Testingย tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working with mainframe-integrated applications.
  • Experience in banking or financial services environments.
