We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join a fast-paced Agile team in Dublin, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, API testing, and end-to-end quality assurance practices. This role requires close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts

Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing

Work closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation

Validate backend services, APIs, and database functionality

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed throughout SDLC

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA Automation Engineering

Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG

Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools

Strong programming/scripting experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

Knowledge of SQL and database validation

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Performance testing experience using JMeter or LoadRunner

Exposure to container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes

Prior experience in enterprise or retail environments preferred
