Location: Candidates in the Columbus, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Compensation Range: $108,000 - $116,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Are you passionate about quality, automation, and delivering exceptional software experiences? We are seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer – Automation with 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on automation to design, implement, and improve automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of software applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.

• Lead the automation strategy, prioritizing efforts based on risk, impact, and business needs; establish and enforce automation standards and best practices.

• Convert manual test cases into automated solutions.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Execute, monitor, and maintain automated regression and smoke test suites to ensure product stability and quality.

• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and test failures.

• Prepare and communicate quality metrics and status reports to management.

• Collaborate with s Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined.


What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• 5 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies

• Experience building automated test frameworks

• Familiarity with coding and debugging

• Experience with API and microservices testing

• Experience with cloud-based environments, i.e. Azure; experience with performance testing, preferred

• Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Postman, Playwright, and/or Thunder Client a plus
